  EUROPE/ CIS GAO Seminar and headquarters Tour About 77 participants from Poland, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Moldova, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan attended GAO seminar and the headquarters tour in Korea from November 6th to 8th.
